Research and Design of Urban Complex Traffic Signal Control System

Abstract
This paper briefly analyses the problems existed in Chinese traffic control system. It sets up traffic control models which are adaptive to the complex traffic condition in China. Base on the models, a new urban traffic control system is designed and developed. At last, an experience of the control system application is introduced.
