The Research on the Lot Size Control in MRP

Abstract
Firstly the paper summarizes the latest ways and application in the strategy of lot size in MRP, and from the view of increasing and optimizing the precision in the medium to long-term planning, decreasing the cost of production and transition, and optimizing the supply chain, the paper puts forward a new optimum lot size control strategy based on the computer technology, statistics, operations research and compute method, and then sets up relevant mathematic model to carry on analysis.
