Supplier Choice Based on Supplier Subdivision

Abstract
The enterprises have different requests and preferences to suppliers of different material. Based on supplier subdivision, considering the supplier's potential and actuality, the improved DEA model is used in the paper, which can choice the supplier impersonal and reasonable. The model is different from the DEA model with AHP constraint cone, improves the subjectivity of AHP, and realizes the whole taxis of decision-making units in DEA.
