Abstract
Under stochastic market demand, this paper launches the research on warehousing capacity allocation policy to maximize revenue of third party warehousing company with revenue management. Firstly, this paper formulates mathematical models with consideration of the uncertainty of demands among ranks of goods during the entire season, and then produces the optimal solution; secondly, this paper exhibits detailed policies with numeric simulation, and analyzes relationship between allocation and marginal price, marginal price and level of service and so on. This paper hopes the feasible models could help warehousing companies to make scientific decisions.
