Abstract
As the rapid development of economics and urban population, the urban roads and traffic flow increase rapidly, and the pollution of the urban road traffic noise become severity. The traffic noise has become one of the greatest social effects of pollution of urban environment, and severity threatened the people's normal live and health. Traffic noise has the characters of higher intensity, greater incidence and longer time effect, analyzing and forecasting the urban traffic noise can provide decision-making basis for controlling urban traffic noise. This paper has set up the quantitative relation among the real traffic noise and the road composition, traffic flow and traffic composition. This theoretic model is proved validity by the data measured in some roads of Suzhou city. According to the measured data, this paper has also set up the statistics models about the power difference and hundred percent sound level L10, L50 and L90 with traffic flow.
