The effective operation of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry heavily relies on the supply of a sufficient and competent workforce, including both manual and professional workers. The special collection aims to capture insights into measures and strategies for developing workers’ competency by emphasizing training, fostering continuous learning, and facilitating the acquisition of new skills and techniques to adapt to a changing industry environment.
