The special collection aims to capture insights into measures and strategies for developing workers’ competency by emphasizing training, fostering continuous learning, and facilitating the acquisition of new skills and techniques to adapt to a changing industry environment. The special collection also aims to inform changes and actions that should be implemented to create a supportive and healthy work environment to attract and retain skills, ensuring that the construction workforce is not only technically competent but also physically and psychologically well.
