Guest Editors: Dr. Clara Cheung, The University of Manchester, United Kingdom ([email protected]); A/Prof. Ying-Yi Chih, The Australian National University, Australia ([email protected]); Prof. Paul Bowen, The University of Cape Town, South Africa ([email protected]); A/Prof. Pin-Chao Liao, Tsinghua University, China ([email protected])

Leadership and employee well-being are two key contributors to project and organizational performance. Although these two topics are well researched in disciplines such as psychology, management and organizational behavior, they remain insufficiently explored in architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) literature. This special collection thus aims to be a catalyst to seeking contributions that deepen and broaden the leadership and employee well-being research and practices in the AEC industry.
