Erratum for “Wind-Induced Vibration Mitigation in Tall Buildings Using the Tuned Mass-Damper-Inerter” by Agathoklis Giaralis and Francesco Petrini

The characteristic (reference) wind velocity, designated as ${\mathit{V}}_{\mathrm{ref}}$ throughout the paper, has been inadvertently defined as the top-floor wind velocity. The correct definition for ${\mathit{V}}_{\mathrm{ref}}$ is gradient wind velocity of the atmospheric boundary layer at a height equal to 810 m in well-developed urban areas.
