The k values in the paragraph following Eq. (7) need to be corrected in the original paper. The revised paragraph appears below.
k = number of critical anchors failed; and n = total number of critical anchors (six). Eq. (6) must be evaluated for k values 1–6. For this study, the probability that one or more critical anchors would fail was determined to be 10.65%.
