This paper has been retracted at the request of the editor. The paper, published online on August 30, 2017, has been determined by an editorial board committee to contain a duplicated figure [Fig. 11(c)] across three publications. The duplicated figure represents different experiments and materials within each publication, and when queried, the authors admit all figures came from the same scanning electron microscope (SEM) micrograph but no longer had the raw data for further investigation. Since we are unable to verify the conclusions of the study, we have opted to retract the paper published in the Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering.
The other two affected papers published by other journals in 2015 are
