A typographic error in Eq. (9) in the published version of the paper is corrected herein. The correct version of Eq. (9) is as follows [(h/b) term in the numerator was inverted]:
The author confirms that all calculations and data reported in the paper were made with the correct version of this equation and apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. The author regrets the error.
To preserve the published version of record, these details have been corrected only in this erratum.
