Abstract
In his Annual Presidential Address, delivered in April, President Baxter reviewed Society activities of the past year and outlined challenges for the future. Reorganization of key committees and greater attention to the role of younger members will help ASCE have a greater effectiveness in such areas as environmental planning and minority-group training.
