Research on Intelligent Machining and Engineering Application of Steel Bar Based on BIM Technology

ABSTRACT
At present, China’s rebar processing production is still in the traditional state of on-site processing, this traditional processing mode has a lot of material waste, labor intensity, long processing cycle, site management chaos, high processing cost, safety, quality control difficulties, and a series of problems. Centralized numerical control processing of construction steel is an effective way to solve the problems of waste of raw materials, high processing cost, difficult quality, safety, and civilized management of steel processing. The powerful and high professional level of BIM technology is applied to the centralized numerical control processing of steel, forming a centralized numerical control processing of steel based on BIM technology, and its application in large and intensive housing construction projects. Will greatly improve the project management level and economic benefits. In this paper, the box girder structure and box girder reinforcement structure are established in BIM software, and the reinforcement model is established by Navisworks software for collision detection. After determining the elastic modulus of the steel bar, the degree of rebound of the steel bar is judged, and the pretreatment is carried out to realize the standardization and intellectualization of the steel bar processing and to solve the problem of substandard quality control of the steel bar. In addition, remote control and intelligent production tasks are realized in the process of steel bar production, which improves the effectiveness of personnel allocation and production material cost control in the process of processing.
