Analysis on Quality Control and Function Formation of Drainage Asphalt Pavement of Expressway

ABSTRACT
Through the research on the quality control technology of drainage asphalt pavement of expressway, we analyze its influence on the formation of the main functions of pavement drainage and skid resistance, and the main technical indicators of high viscosity agent and high viscosity modified asphalt for drainage asphalt pavement, transportation and paving technology, edge drainage technology, and initial maintenance technology. We put forward the placing technology of high viscosity agent in the construction process, the temperature, quantity cleanliness and key control technical requirements for the paving process, requirements and control technical indicators for the edge drainage system, and key curing technologies for the initial stage of paving. We analyze the function formation of the drainage asphalt pavement and point out that the drainage asphalt pavement has good drainage and skid resistance performance. Its seepage coefficient is concentrated in the range of 5,200–5,800 ml/min, and the swing value is concentrated in the range of 65–70. Under the condition of high-speed operation (80 km/h), the dynamic spinning friction coefficient is more than 0.5, with an average value of 0.55, which is 1.5 times and 2.4 times the average value of the test results of comparison pavements 1 and 2. It is proved that the drainage asphalt pavement has a higher anti-sliding performance, especially in the high-speed running state; its anti-sliding performance is more superior.
