Research on Criminal Compliance and Criminal Risk Prevention in Construction and Real Estate Enterprise

ABSTRACT
With the acceleration of economic globalization and world economic integration, compliance plans have become the core competitiveness of construction and real estate enterprises, especially large-scale transnational construction and real estate enterprises. The lack of compliance plans has seriously restricted the survival and development of construction and real estate enterprises in China. Through the analysis of the concept and function of criminal compliance, this paper reveals the function of criminal compliance to prevent criminal legal risks and prevent crimes. In addition, based on analyzing the contents of criminal legal risks in construction and real estate enterprises, the main contents of criminal compliance construction are put forward to improve the market competitiveness of construction and real estate enterprises and promote the healthy and sustainable development of construction and real estate enterprises.
