Research on Production Cost Optimization of PC Exterior Wall Panel Based on Hybrid Genetic Algorithm

Publication: ICCREM 2021

ABSTRACT

Compared with traditional cast-in-place buildings, prefabricated buildings have advantages in quality, construction period, and environmental protection, but their incremental cost becomes an important bottleneck in developing. This paper takes prefabricated PC exterior wall panels as an example and does following work: (1) to deconstruct the production cost of components; (2) analyze the key control factors affecting its cost; (3) use the hybrid genetic algorithm to establish a prefabricated component production cost analysis model; (4) select typical cases and use the model to calculate sensitivity and criticality coefficients of PC exterior wall panels’ cost components; and (5) propose the most effective countermeasures to reduce costs are proposed based on the above results.
