Exploration of Transformation and Upgrading Path of Construction Industry under the Background of Digital Information

ABSTRACT

With the widespread application of digital information technology, the traditional construction industry has ushered in major development opportunities. Based on the background of the new environment for the development of digital information technology, this paper analyzes the new challenges faced by the construction industry. Relying on the information network and driven by information technology innovation, it has explored a digital transformation and upgrade path based on the reform of production management, the establishment of a data governance system, the demand for customer value propositions, and the construction of information talents, to provide reference for the development of construction industry.
