Selection and Evaluation of Component Suppliers Based on Resilience

Publication: ICCREM 2021

ABSTRACT

Prefabricated construction component is a major part of a prefabricated building; the scientific choice of components suppliers is the key to the high-level construction of prefabricated buildings. From the perspective of owner procurement, an evaluation index system of prefabricated building component suppliers based on resilience was constructed. Combined with domain knowledge and historical data, an evaluation model based on Bayesian network theory was developed for the three dimensions of main evaluation criteria, enterprise resilience, service, and greenness. The probabilistic inference of the system is carried out by a practical example, and the validity and feasibility of the model are verified. The key elements of the component supplier evaluation based on elasticity are determined.
