Study on Strategy of Risk Redistribution of Tender Offer

Publication: ICCREM 2021

ABSTRACT

Considering the importance of the construction and management of the project by the contractor of the bidding quotation team, first, on the basis of identifying the contractor’s redistribution risk list, conduct a questionnaire survey on the risk factors in the contractor’s redistribution risk list; then, the contractor’s possible impact on the importance of the risk and the frequency of risk occurrence are evaluated, and the quadrant distribution diagram of the contractor’s redistribution risk importance degree is drawn; finally, the risk control flow chart is used to describe the contractor’s risk control process during the construction process. The risk in tender offer is a constantly changing factor, only theoretical research and model-building analysis is far from enough. Through empirical analysis combined with data, this paper objectively evaluates the influence degree of each factor that affects the risk redistribution of tender offer, and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, so as to minimize the risk of contractor’s tender offer to a certain extent.
