Issues and Countermeasures of State-Owned Enterprise Risk Management in China

ABSTRACT

Along with promoting of global economy integral whole turns, risks of business enterprise are complicated and diversified. If the risks cannot be controlled effectively, business enterprise should not exist and develop. In China, some large state-owned business enterprises control in great quantities state-owned capital, and the companies make use of capital market to develop state-owned economy and themselves. Consequently, risk management is important matter for large state-owned business enterprises, such as CETC Brainware Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. (abbreviated as “BW Group Company”). On the base of studying the present condition foundation of risk management of BW Group Company, the thesis points out existent problems and proposes solutions and suggestions for risk management of state-owned enterprises. The research is guiding and helping for risk management of large state-owned business enterprises in China.
