New Challenges and Countermeasures for Cost Control of Real Estate Enterprises Based on the Double Background of COVID-19 and the Dual Circulation Development Pattern

ABSTRACT

In recent years, a series of regulatory policies make it difficult for real estate enterprises to gain more profit rising space by increasing house prices. To improve profits, real estate enterprises must pay attention to the key link of cost control. COVID-19 has made a strong impact on the pattern of world economic integration, and the subsequent impact is still permeated in all walks of life. The dual circulation development pattern proposed by China at this time not only points out the way for China’s economic development, but also brings new thinking for the cost control of real estate enterprises. From the perspective of COVID-19 and dual circulation development pattern, this paper applies theoretical analysis method to explore the importance and new challenges of real estate enterprises’ cost control, and puts forward countermeasures, hoping to provide reference for the real estate enterprises’ economic development.
