CMAR Project Delivery Method Generates Team Orientated Project Management with Win/Win Mentality

ABSTRACT
The construction manager at risk (CMAR) is a delivery method for projects to develop from conception through design and construction with emphasis on communication between the project’s owner, design engineer, and contractor, who together form the project team. This methodology for project delivery allows project teams to maintain a fluid state of communication on budget, design, and constructability to provide the best value project.
