Research on Urban Multi-Mode Public Transport Trip Path Based on Super Network Theory

Publication: CICTP 2020

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of shared travel modes, travelers’ travel modes and route choices are more diversified. Based on the long-distance travel within the city, this paper studies the optimal travel route for the traffic community including buses, subways, and shared cars. Based on the super network theory, this paper adds transfer cost and comfort loss cost to the traditional travel cost model including time and fare. On the basis of route selection, considering passengers’ transfer behavior, adding the inequality of passengers’ transfer selection (the probability of each route being selected is not equal), the minimum generalized travel cost model of the route is established from the perspective of completely rational person. Aiming at minimizing the generalized travel cost, the solution is based on Dijkstra algorithm. The effectiveness and reliability of the method are proved by an example analysis. Compared with the traditional path selection model, the method takes the road sections as the selection basis, reflects the transferability between road sections, the uncertainty of passenger travel selection, and the feedback effect of all travelers’ path selection results on the path cost, which is more in line with the actual situation.
