ABSTRACT
Aiming at the problem of spatial distribution fairness of health care facilities, this paper considers the interaction between supply and demand from the perspective of accessibility, and uses the enhanced 2-step floating catchment area (E2SFCA) method for research. In this paper, the Tyson polygon is divided into basic units according to the base station. The actual resident population of each research unit is counted as the demand by the base station, and the health care facility supply information and the cost matrix of each transportation mode between the supply and demand OD points are obtained through the AMAP API. This paper comprehensively considers the impact of travel time and travel distance on travel, delineates the service range and distance threshold of health care facilities according to the travel mode of mobile phone users, and introduces a Gaussian decay function based on time threshold. This paper analyzes the spatial distribution and distribution of accessibility of different hospitals and health care facilities under different modes of transportation, and gives suggestions for the analysis results.
