Behavioral Game Analysis of Stakeholders in Closed-Loop Supply Chain of Electrical and Electronic Products under the Extended Producer Responsibility System

Publication: ICTE 2019

ABSTRACT

Based on the extended producer responsibility system, in view of the forward logistics and reverse logistics stages in the closed-loop supply chain of electrical and electronic products, this paper uses game theory to construct dynamic and static game models of government, producer, and consumer respectively, and to analyze the game relationship and equilibrium solution of each participant. The results show that the good operation of the closed-loop supply chain of electrical and electronic products requires the balanced interests of all players. The positive and negative incentives of the government to producers and the subsidies to consumers will affect the enthusiasm of producers and consumers to participate in the closed-loop supply chain of electrical and electronic products. Accordingly, effective suggestions are proposed to promote the implementation and development of closed-loop supply chain for electrical and electronic products.
