Regional Differentiated Development Strategy and Model of Transportation Finance—Case Study

This paper proposes a framework about transportation financing, looks at the organization-environment relationship, and develops a planning model for regional differentiated promotion of transportation finance business. By analyzing the macro operation environment of transportation finance and the business ability of branches of a major financial institution in China, the paper establishes the regional differentiated development strategy, comprehensive evaluation method and resource allocation model of transportation finance, and takes the specific institution as an example for case study. The results of the study show that the model optimized regional distribution of the institution’s transportation financial assets, improved investment efficiency, and lowered the risk of the portfolio. The strategies, models, and conclusions proposed in this study can be used as a reference for financing and investing in the transportation industry.
