Abstract
In China, the period of large-scale construction of expressways has passed. In order to give full attention to the comprehensive effect of expressways and provide new growth impetus for logistics industry development, it is necessary to make full use of the stock resources and find new momentum for sustainable development. We explore a general method of expressway logistics network planning based on truck and trailer vehicle routing problems (TTRP) regarding expressway service areas as the logistics node. The mathematic model is constructed based on the vehicle routing problem (VRP). In this paper, genetic algorithm is proposed to solve this model. A multi-level and comprehensive method of fuzzy evaluation to this problem is adopted. Finally, practicability of the model, validity of the algorithm and rationality of evaluation are verified by the analysis of a calculation example.
