Abstract
In recent years, the frequency of natural disasters has increased significantly. Thus establishing a good emergency logistics system makes great sense. This paper locates the relief centers before the disaster, distributes the commodities after the disaster, and selects the available routes to deliver the commodities to victims quickly and effectively in order to meet their needs. Since victims’ needs are difficult to estimate, a bi-objective model of commodities distribution and location routing problem based on time deprivation in emergency situations is established, ensuring that the commodities can be accurately delivered to the victims. The model is solved by the optimization solver, which verifies the validity of the model and has important theoretical and practical significance for solving the actual emergency disaster.
