Research on Balance Optimization of Q Company Production Line Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm

Publication: CICTP 2019

Abstract

In this paper, the assembly line of Q company is taken as the research object. From the perspective of logistics, the flexsim simulation of the production process is carried out, the blocked station is found, the cause of the blocked station is analyzed, and the improved genetic algorithm is applied to analyze and improve the Q assembly line. The improvement of genetic algorithm is mainly reflected in the new mutation operator. As a result, the bottleneck process time of the Q company production line has been effectively reduced, and the production line balance rate has increased from 58% to 92.1%, which has improved the production balance.
