ABSTRACT
Over the past two decades Palo Verde has developed a wealth of knowledge about managing a large critical pipeline system, and the proper approach to asset management weighing budget and risk factors to insure reliability of water delivery. This paper will share the valuable lessons learned and best practices adopted by Palo Verde throughout the years.
