Empirical Analysis for the Influencing Factors of Harbin’s Housing Prices

ABSTRACT

As the provincial capital of Heilongjiang Province, Harbin is the center of politics, economy, culture, and traffic of northeast part of China. The housing price has been rising sharply since 2006, which effects people’s life a lot. In this paper, we analyzed the influencing factors of housing price from the aspect of supply and demand, selected the data of Harbin’s housing price in recent decade as sample, and finished the model building of demand factors and supply factors. Besides, we found the important factors which influence housing price and hoped this would give advice for the sound development of Harbin’s real estate market.
