Identifying and Prioritizing Green Building Parameters in the Implementation of Sustainable Development Management with an Energy Approach

ABSTRACT
Certainly, one of the most important challenges of this century worldwide is energy issue that has attracted the attention of supporters of sustainable development. Energy consumption has increased dramatically in recent decades. This rise may reflect the economic and industrial growth, but on the other hand, environmental impacts such as emissions of pollutants will be followed. In Iran, a comprehensive strategic plan on building energy management focusing on sustainable development has not yet been made due to low cost price of energy. One of the green strategies for sustainable development is the use of equipment and building energy management systems. Thus, identifying and prioritizing the ecological parameters of building energy management as the underlying issue is explored. In order to advance the study, in addition to design and distribution of specialized questionnaire, statistical analysis views of green building experts was performed by a score computational model.
