A Study on the Cooperative Behavior of Engineering Technical Service Based on Quasi-Market Organization: A Theoretical Analysis Framework

ABSTRACT

The owner commissioned a number of enterprises which have different knowledge, technology, and other items to provide professional technical service for the project. This has become the main theme of implementation of large-scale and complex projects. Benefit of the project and even the success of the project is closely linked with the level of the enterprises’ engineering technical service. But the uncertainty of project output, the exist of technology spillover, and during the transition, the organizational structure of large-scale and complex project having quasi-market feature, all of which will largely affect the behavior selections of the enterprises. Considering the influence of the content and environment of cooperation on the behavior selections of the project participants, this article analyzes quasi-market organization coupling by different ties, exploratively analyzes the cooperation behavior of engineering technical service between enterprises under specific regulatory structure, and put forward relevant theoretical propositions.
