Research on the Evaluation System of Building Assembly Degree

ABSTRACT

In recent years, the demand of building is increasing in China. Fabricated building has characters of mass building production, low-energy, and liberation labor. Thus, boasting assembling building is urgent. Establishing and perfecting a system of fabricate level is very important, which can know the influence of different factors about assembling level. The degree of building assembly evaluation systems in various countries are made as the foundation in this article. Based on the actual situation of the construction industry in China, the article establishes the evaluation system and the evaluation criteria of the various indicators. Through the production of professional AHP fuzzy evaluation questionnaire and expert scoring, the article calculated the weight of building assembly degree factors and put forward the corresponding evaluation grade standard. This article deeply studies evaluation system of building assembly degree, which offers general standard for construction industry.
