Abstract
Harmonics of Air-gap Magnetic Field has great influence on the working performance of Asynchronous Magnetic Coupling (AMC). Without properly handled, a great deal of vibration and noise problems would happen. Therefore, these harmonics should be analyzed in-depth. Based on the Laplacian/Poissonian equation, the analytical model of Air-gap Magnetic Field was obtained by the boundary condition about permanent magnets and air-gaps. And the harmonics in Air-gap Magnetic Field is analyzed using the result of this model. Furthermore, a method that changing permanent magnetic rotor’s pole-arc coefficient is proposed to weaken the influence exerted by harmonics on electromagnetic torque and cogging torque of AMC.
