Abstract
Affordable housing is the state for the realization that is important policy of residence has the room. As the security measures for housing construction continue to accelerate, and the reasonable distribution of affordable housing has become the focus of attention. From the scientific distribution of affordable housing and the use of game theory, this paper sorts out the existing process of indemnificatory housing assignment problem, puts forward the strict qualification examination, improves the allocation standard, puts forward the improvement measures to increase supervision, and strives for affordable housing allocation fairness and justice.
