Public Security Management and Control Systems for Maritime Ship Based on AIS and BEIDOU System

Abstract
Public Security Border marine police force is an important law enforcement force at sea, which plays an important role in defending national sovereignty, safeguarding its maritime rights and interests of law at sea. Marine police force in law enforcement need to command and monitor in real-time the target ship and ship suspected at sea. Construction and development of ship security management and control system based AIS can effectively identify the ship, help track suspect's goals, the exchange of information, and provide other auxiliary information. It not only helps to avoid collisions between vessels, enhance the ARPA radar, vessel traffic management systems, ship reporting function, but also improves maritime communications functions. Also, all ships heading, route, the name and other information are displayed on the electronic chart. The distant sea ship is monitored effectively by the Beidou system.
