From the Point of View of the Philosophy, Discuss the Scientific Connotation of the Yangtze River's Safety Culture

Abstract
Yangtze River shipping culture is a wealth in both material and spiritual aspects. It is accumulated in the process of creative production practice of shipping on the Yangtze River by Yangtze River shipping people over thousands of years. Its' connotation is rich and profound, and the safety culture is one of the important components in the Yangtze River shipping culture. Safety is the theme of the development of shipping on the Yangtze River, it is also the theme of the Yangtze River shipping culture. Relative to this issue are many questions including, "what is safe", "how to be safe", and "for whom to be safe", "on what to rely on to be safe" since the reform and opening. The article starts from the definition of the Yangtze River shipping safety culture and then analyzes its' connotation and the philosophy attribute and the spiritual essence on the Yangtze River safety culture from the angle of philosophy. The article demonstrates the philosophical meaning of the Yangtze River safety culture clearly so as to promote the construction of the Yangtze River shipping safety culture in a better way.
