A Calculation Method on the Capacity of High-Speed Railroad Line under Ice and Snow Disaster

Abstract

Aimed to mitigate loss due to ice and snow disaster, this paper focuses on the application of Markov method in variation analysis of line capacity under ice and snow disaster. Through discussing capacity transition probability matrix, the initial probability distribution and the probability distribution of the specific time, and the Chapman-Kolmogorov equation (C-K equation), this paper analyzes the variation analysis of line capacity, and provides a basis for operation plan decision making under ice and snow disaster conditions.
