Abstract
From a systematic perspective, IDEF methods, adapted to the complex systems, are utilized to build up the model of intelligent transportation system (ITS) and make functional analysis and information analysis under internet of things (IOT) circumstances. The function modeling on IOT-based ITS is established based on the method of IDEF0, and the information modeling on IOT-based ITS is built up by the method of IDEF1X. A systematic and structural method is provided for IOT-based ITS modeling and the system function and information process analyzing.
