Abstract
It is common that occur of the pipe break accident in urban drinking water distribution system. Pipe break accident in water supply network not only threatens the safe operation of the water supply system and the regulator of the water supply but also forms a direct hazard for the big population density, industrial development of modern cities. Repairing the pipe when it is break, can't meet the requirements of our modern life. Therefore, the prior update and repair of pipe is to be the key of solve the problem. By the pipe network hydraulic model that is established base on ARCMAP data, we can find that Capacity(fire flow). Criticality and Projected pipe breaks are three main factors that affect the pipeline repair through the research. According to the differences of the impact of each factor obtains an overall score through the comprehensive consideration. Comparing the size of the scores to determine the order of the priorities update and repair of the pipeline, and thus set out a reasonable repair plan.
