Abstract
Most of the studies for protecting high-tech equipment from building floor vibration are concerned with isolation systems. The hybrid vibration isolation technology combines the active and passive vibration isolation. Hybrid control methods by coupling active actuators with passive mounts have been investigated. Dynamic interaction between the building and the high-tech equipment vibration isolation system, however, is not considered. In this paper, vibration isolation platform with a combination of air springs for passive vibration isolation components and giant magnetostrictive actuators for active vibration isolation high-precision equipment component. The simplified kinetic analysis model of the vibration isolation platform is established taking consideration of coupling effects between platform and three-tier structure. We take compare and research between situation with and without consideration of coupled structures. Establish test model of platform system and structure and take structure modal test.
