Abstract
Along with the change in the operating environment, logistics enterprises continuously create various management excellence models. The integration, systemization, and matching feature of these management excellence models determine its huge superiority. Internal and external environment pressure on logistics enterprises motive more and more logistics enterprises implementing management excellence models. This paper develops a dynamic model and discusses motivation mechanism of the implementation of management excellence model by logistics enterprises and approaches for reinforcing the motivation of logistics enterprises to implement management excellence model.
