Monitoring and Warning System Analysis of Rail Transportation in Gale Weather

Abstract
The adaptation of railway transportation in gale weather is important to an efficient logistics system. The content in this paper includes the identification of the objectives of the comprehensive warning system, the redefinition of the demand, the analysis of system logic process and modules, the method of gathering and applying the information of rolling stock, tracks and weather to ensure safety, and then the method to distinguish different warning classes and design of defending program.
