Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the contest between two kinds of enterprises in the markets, one with strong innovation but less scale and the other with opposite characteristics. From an evolutionary viewpoint, the author built a model reference to the hawk and dove game to try to illustrate the process of the contest so that a new institution maybe formed. It also shows us which roles both parties act in the game. It can enlighten us which way we should try harder to promote a newer and better institution.
