Abstract
How to grab the third profit from the SC (supply chain) logistics is the competition focus of the modern SC. This paper starts with analyzing and studying the essence and efficiency of the logistics resources integration and proposes that the high efficiency standard of the SCLRI (supply chain logistics resources integration) is the Pareto optimal state. Based on the system theory, the multi-objective decision model of the SCLRI is set up taking all clients' utility achieving maximum as the objective. The solution results indicate that the conditions of SCLRI high efficiency are high efficiency in consumption, high efficiency of the services (products) combination, high efficiency of the resources integration and the essential relation between integration decision and consumption decision. It further analyses the feasibility of the model application by a case study.
