Abstract
In this paper, from the problems which Fourth Party Logistics (4PL) information integration faced, a system framework for the Fourth Party Logistics Information System (4PLIS) based on Web Service and middleware has been given, and by using Web Service and middleware techniques, a heterogeneous data integration platform has been built up. With this integrated platform, the data in a heterogeneous relational database will be integrated.
