Abstract
In the 21st century, enterprises have changed from past competitive factors of cost, quality, and so on into time factors. But most traditional enterprises still are concerned about cost, quality and other factors as the preferred factors when choosing suppliers, which is no longer suited to today's fierce market competition. Based on the supply chain time-based factor supplier's competitive strategy research, the cosmos orbit model was established, and the competition for the STBF provides a model and theoretical basis.
