Abstract
This paper addresses the in-process $846 million dollar Automated People Mover (APM) project for DFW International Airport (DFW), part of the $2.5 Billion Capital Development Program taking place over the next five years. DFW, one of the busiest airports in the world, is addressing the needs of their flying customers with the design, construction and operation of a new APM system scheduled to go on-line in 2005.
