Study on Appraising Method of Information System Projects with the Background of TMIS

Abstract
First of all, we discuss the present state of information technology and the necessity and specialty of assessment for information system. Moreover we describe the constitutional principle of MDHGF, which is the Meta-synthesis of improved Delphi, analytic Hierarchy process, Grey interconnect degree and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluating. And then, we propose the arithmetic step of MDHGF. At the end of the paper, we give a practical example for Appraising sub-project of TMIS.
